Designed to coordinate perfectly with all of our other ladybug shower supplies including our custom-made tableware, this diaper cake looks fantastic on the shower gift or cake table. We wrap each cake layer with our red and white modern ladybug themed paper bands. Our custom paper cake topper carries the same ladybug design and is surrounded by a lovely white bow for a lovely presentation. Choose from one, two, three or five layers all made from size 1 name brand disposable diapers.
