Deliveries to Businesses: If you are sending a package to a business, please be aware that a signature is always required to release the package. The delivery driver may deliver the product to a shipping and receiving department, so please let your recipient or someone at the business know that they should be receiving a perishable package. We cannot be responsible if the recipient is not available to receive the product or if the business is closed for the day.
Deliveries to Hospitals:
Hospital Deliveries: We do not deliver to hospitals and urge you to consider having the gift shipped to recipient's home address. Should you elect to ship to a hospital address, please be advised that we assume no responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced within hospitals, failure of the hospital staff to deliver the gift to the patient's room, or gifts arriving after a patient has checked out.
International Deliveries: Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to the Continental United States.
The gift photos shown online are accurate depictions of what your gift will look like when your recipient opens his/her package. Most of our gifts are wrapped in a cellophane bag or shrink wrap and finished with a large bow. Each gift also includes your personal message. The gift will arrive in a large shipping box packed with bubble-wrap and/or blank newsprint.
* Please keep in mind that due to demand, it may be necessary for us to occasionally substitute items of equal or greater value than those shown online. We always try to use an item with a similar theme or genre. No refunds will be issued for an item that we had to replace. During the warm summer months, substitutions will be made for meltable chocolates.
Some items include optional personalization, either included in the price or as an additional charge. For those items, the personalization font, format, layout, etc. is only available as shown. Please pay particular attention to the layout. For example when requesting a monogram vs. initials, if the name is Jackson Forrest Brown, initials are JFB, whereas the monogram would be JBF.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address including:
- Recipient Name(s)
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Street Number and Street Name
- Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable)
- Accurate zip code
Note that providing an incorrect or incomplete address may result in a delay in delivery, as well as an address correction fee of $14 from the carrier (i.e., UPS, FedEx).
