I had made a mistake and purchased a pink basket but needed a blue basket. I called and whoever helped me treated me sooo incredibly well, took my problem seriously as if it was her own, and called me back as soon as she made the switch. There were no hassels and she was so pleasant to deal with on the phone. Not very many companies have customers service like this anymore. It was so great!! Thank you.
