I would like to commend Debbie especially for the way my order was handle. The items I orignally order were out of stock 4 day prior to the baby shower(yikes)!Debbie worked at placing another order of a similar item all in the same day and I received it in less than 24hr! I am really amazed and extremely pleased with the way my order was handled and how they went beyond what I had expected. I got my items with two days to spare until the event! A million Thank yous!!!!

When we first received the product they sent us the wrong item. They sent us scented soap instead of the frames. I immediately called customer service and the lady was really friendly and apologized for the mistake and got me the right product within 5 days.

The first product I received I wasn't happy about. They were too small in size. The quality was lacking. However your customer rep. Kim was very patient and warm. She gave me return instructions without a hassle. I immediately put in an order for something new and the next day they were at my door. When your company got my return order, they went right to work to issue me a refund. Thank You.
