This choo choo train themed diaper cake features a bright blue color scheme making it an excellent choice as a gift for a new baby boy or as a baby boy shower centerpiece. Each cake tier is surrounded by a train themed paper band and the cake topper carries the same design. We add a white satin bow for a stunning presentation. Choose from one, two, three or five tiers constructed from size 1 name brand disposable diapers.
