All 4 sizes of the cake include 2 plush dolls so specify the baby gender (or unknown) at checkout so that we can theme it appropriately. The 1 tier version includes 10 disposable diapers, a bib, an undershirt or burpcloth and an 8 oz. baby feeding bottle. We have also added an assortment of 5-10 small baby accessories plus the 2 plush dolls. The 1 tier cake measures about 10" round x 8" high. The 2 tier version includes 20 disposable diapers, a bib, a receiving blanket, one burpcloth, an 8 oz. baby feeding bottle, and 10-15 baby accessories. Plus we add the 2 plush dolls. The 3 tier version includes 35 disposable diapers, a receiving blanket, a bib, an undershirt, a burpcloth, an 8 oz. baby feeding bottle, and 15-20 baby accessories.
